How It Works

Self catered bookings - CHALET ONZE, SAINT LOUP, LA ROCHE

Details:

  • Price is for self-catered accommodation for up to the capacity of that particular chalet, not including the use of any fold out beds or sofa beds.​​

  • Tourist tax and TVA are included.

  • After-stay clean is included, however bins should be emptied, beds stripped and dishwasher on or emptied, otherwise you will incur an additional cleaning fee which will be taken from your deposit.  

  • Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as the kitchen basics and a welcome hamper.

  • Travel cots or high-chairs are available on request free of charge.

  • If you require the use of an additional fold out bed /  sofa bed, please inform us when booking, as there is a 20€ day surcharge to cover additional costs, linen etc . 

  • There is a 350€ damage deposit that must be paid in advance of  your arrival.  This is separate to your booking payment and must be paid before your arrival date.  This will be repaid in full within 14 days of your departure as long as no damage has been incurred and chalet is left in a tidy state.

  • Chalet La Roche is managed by Red Robin Chalets.  Any other chalets advertised by Red Robin Chalets are managed and owned by different people.  Red Robin Chalets is merely operating as a booking agent and any problems you may experience (although we sincerely hope not!) with the property during your stay need to be taken up with the appropriate chalet manager.

  • Important: We strongly recommend making sure you have adequate travel insurance as well as winter sport insurance.  Having the correct insurance will ensure any travel problems will have as minimal an impact on your holidays as possible.
